Step 1. Let's meet on a video call and assess what you're looking for.
Whether you are PCSing in a week or in a few months, we can get started right away so that we can line up the best options for you when you’re ready to view properties and move in. Please fill out the short contact form below that will give me an idea of the type of property you’re looking for. This will let me get started with doing some initial research for properties that might suit you and we can have a productive Zoom call.

Step 2. Let's fast track the process of finding you some wonderful places to live on Guam.
As your Buyer/Renter Agent, my sole goal is to find you the best properties available based on your/family needs and/or OHA ranges. I can help you find the best properties near Big Navy, Andersen Air Force Base or Naval Hospital. Not all available listings show up in the MLS; I have access to certain properties that other realtors don’t have.
I’m a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) through the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and I’ve have helped many military families find their perfect home based on their specific needs, desired location and budget.

Step 3. Visit the apartments, condos or houses that you liked once you arrive on Guam (or virtually if you prefer)
Guam’s real estate market is very fluid. So, generally, once you’re ready to make the move to rent or buy a property, I’ll take you around the island and show you the best properties that are available and meet your needs. If you’d like to have a property ready for you when you arrive on Guam, we can conduct virtual tours so that you can feel confident that you’re going to like your new place.

Step 4. Finalize the deal. Sign the paperwork. Get the key. Enjoy your new house!
Once you’ve made a decision on renting or buying a property, I’ll work with you to get all the paperwork done so that it’s as hassle-free as possible. For real estate purchases, there are a few more steps that we will need to go through and I’ll advise you on those, as needed.
Once everything is signed, sealed and delivered, I’ll get you the keys to your new castle. Enjoy your new life on Guam!

Welcome to Guam!
Hi. I’m Lolita Camit. Let me use my expertise with renting, buying and selling real estate in Guam to help you as you begin PCSing to Guam.
A simple 4 step process
Moving to a new place is always complex. Let’s simplify the process of finding you a wonderful place to stay on Guam.
A quick look at Guam
Here’s a short overview of the 6 main regions in Guam

Andersen Air Force Base
Are you in the U.S. Air Force? Located on the northern tip of Guam, Andersen Air Force Base is close to the villages of Yigo, Mangilao, Dededo, NCS, Harmon, Tumon and Tamuning. You’ll be close to everything – shopping, restaurants, schools, nightlife, beaches and more. Enjoy a mix of residential and urban settings close to Guam’s tourism district.

Naval Base Guam
Southern Guam is home to sweeping volcanic hillsides, quiet villages, rural and coastal settings and Naval Base Guam. “Big Navy” sits in beautiful Santa Rita, Guam, close to villages that are less densely populated than in the island’s central and northern regions. Navy families enjoy home life in Santa Rita, Agat, Piti, Asan and Nimitz Hill with proximity to the base, schools, beaches and communities known for their island hospitality and cultural richness.

The beach life
Gorgeous sandy shorelines, technicolor sunsets, gentle lagoons, teeming ocean life, and exhilarating ocean sports make living on Guam simply wonderful. Many villages offer a wide array of beach settings – from the black sands of Talofofo Bay, to the protected lagoon of Umatac Bay, to the white sand of Tumon Bay, or the historic Asan Bay – options abound. Whether beachfront, cliffside, or an affordable 5-minute drive away, we’ll find the perfect address to suit your beach lifestyle and budget.

Northern Guam
Northern Guam is where you will find the island’s exciting tourism center, Tumon Bay, as well as the major commercial, industrial and residential areas of Harmon and Tamuning. Andersen Air Force Base sits at the very northern tip. And the island’s most densely populated villages, Dededo and Yigo, are at the heart of the north’s eclectic, diverse, bustling vibe. The north’s high limestone cliffs, dense jungles and white sand beaches make for dramatic scenery juxtaposed with urban sprawl.

Central Guam
The villages that divide the mostly limestone northern half of the island from the mostly volcanic southern half comprise central Guam. The result is a diverse and rugged topography characterized by low hills, small valleys, wetland areas and streams that seem to disappear into the ground such as in Chalan Pago-Ordot, Sinajana, Agana Heights, Maina and other central villages. The area is covered with lush green vegetation and homes are built on flat areas of land at times next to small valleys. Some residences have also been built at the foothills of nearby mountains.

Southern Guam
Southern Guam is picturesque and romantic with volcanic topography, mountains, lush valleys, savannah foothills, black sand beaches, rivers and waterfalls and breathtaking coastal vistas. Villages like Agat, Umatac, Merizo, Inarajan and Talofofo are an escape to a bygone world with the ruins of Guam’s Spanish colonial period alongside village churches alive with centuries old Catholic tradition, punctuated by cultural centers like Gef Pago and Valley of the Latte celebrating Guam’s ancient CHamoru heritage.

HAPPY CLIENTS

“We are a military family and we moved to Guam from Connecticut. We knew we wanted to live out in town, but had no idea where. I had a good friend recommend Lolita Camit to us and it was the best decision we made when we moved here. Lolita is a warm, friendly and kind person and a very knowledgeable realtor. We had decided to rent a home and she worked with us tirelessly until we found the perfect place. Thanks to Lolita, we now are very happy in our wonderful home and we couldn’t have done this without her. We highly recommend using Lolita as your realtor. She will do her best to find you your new home and it will be a pleasure working with her”.
~Brenda and Rick Salazar

“As a first time home buyer I was well out of my depth. Even being new to the area I hadn’t even had time for my car to arrive from the states. Lolita stepped up in ways she that left me forever grateful. She would take the time to go over all of the legal heavy documents, gives me rides to house viewings and allowed me to step into my first home just a few months after arriving to Guam. Lolita was not only a stellar realtor but a wonderful woman as well. There are far worse people to assist you in the home buying market and I can’t think of any better.”
~Dakota Ladd
